Since travel involves many moving parts—from airline strikes to hotel overbookings—having a clear Refund & Cancellation Policy and a Legal Disclaimer is essential for managing client expectations and protect our Agency.

At Travel With Emad, we strive to provide a flexible booking experience. However, because we act as an intermediary, our refund and cancellation policies are largely dictated by our third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators).
Request Submission: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official website portal.
Third-Party Fees: Cancellation fees are determined by the specific airline, hotel, or service provider. Some promotional "Economy" or "Non-Refundable" rates may not be eligible for any refund.
Agency Service Fee: Travel With Emad charges a non-refundable administrative fee of $25 for processing any cancellation or major booking modification, in addition to any fees charged by the travel provider.
Flight Tickets: Most international flight tickets are subject to airline-specific penalty fees. "No-shows" usually result in a 100% forfeiture of the ticket value.
Hotel & Car Rentals: Cancellations made within 48–72 hours of the check-in/pickup date may incur a penalty of at least one night’s stay or one day’s rental.
Tour & Cruise Packages: These often have tiered cancellation schedules (e.g., 50% refund if cancelled 30 days prior, 0% refund if cancelled 7 days prior).
Visa & Insurance: Fees paid for visa processing and travel insurance premiums are 100% non-refundable once the application is lodged or the policy is issued.
Once a refund is approved by the provider, it may take 15–30 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on the banking institution or cryptocurrency network congestion.

We are not responsible for acts or omissions of the suppliers or their failure to provide services, adhere to their own schedules, or honor future credits. Travel With Emad is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss due to terrorist activities, social/labor unrest, mechanical failures, or "Acts of God." By booking with us, you acknowledge that travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.
