Civil Marriage in Turkey

Minimum stay days:

• 2 Nights & 3 Days

Documents required: 

Lebanese Nationality:

• 6 photo passports for each person 3.5 X 4.5 cm.

• Passports minimum 6 months’ validity of the couple.

• Individual extract IKHRAJ KAID FERDİ (new one, maximum 3 months old) stamped at the ministry of the foreign affairs.

• Divorce papers or widow/widower papers (if applicable).

Other nationalities:

• 6 photo passports for each person 3.5 X 4.5 cm.

• Passports minimum 6 months’ validity of the couple.

• Birth certificate translated in Arabic without any stamp (for the registration at the Lebanese embassy).

• The single certificate that they have to issue from their embassy in Istanbul or Ankara in Turkey.

     Note: For non-Lebanese, the Turkish authorities don’t accept any documents issued from Lebanon even if the person is living in Beirut. Our team will assist them in Istanbul to collect the single certificate but for this they have to take the appointment by themselves.

Registration of the marriage in Lebanon will take 2 weeks and I will send you the file reference diplomatic number by email.

Civil ceremony is processed only during weekdays. Tuesday is excluded also.

Once the wedding is confirmed, please send us all the documents scanned by email at least one week before the arrival date.
